Mazona Dedham 7kW Eco Inset Stove
A traditional looking inset stove that meets modern efficiency ratings including ecodesign requirements and DEFRA approval. The Dedham will provide you with a genrous 6.7kW nominal output and will fit traditional 16 & 22 openings, as well as being suitable to installl in smoke controlled areas.
Match the Dedham with your exisitng fireplace to transform your open fire into a highly efficient heat source with your choice of smokeless solid fuel or kiln dried wood. The inset style fo the stove will mean you can keep the traditional style of a classic fireplace while ensuring no heat is wasted.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.

HETAS Installers demonstrate that goods will be safely installed and complient with up to date Building Regulations and Manufacturers Guidelines anf adhering to Warranty Cover and Registration.
On-going Annual Maintenance can also be carried out by your Installer or a local Approved Chimney Sweep;
