With a 3.6kW - 12kW output range, the La Nordica Lucia Plus pellet stove provides beautiful warmth and is suitable for any large room. Through the use of the ducting system, heat can also be provided to two other areas of the house. The La Nordica Lucia Plus Pellet Stove efficiently, conveniently and cheaply converts biomass in the form of wood pellet fuel to heat while giving off almost no wood smoke, helping to protect the environment.

The controls on this model have been introduced to make operating the appliance as easy and intuitive as possible. The IR remote control allows the appliance to be turned on and off, timers to be set and room temperatures to be set.
The touch screen display includes the same operations as the remote as well as other features such as setting the weekly chronothermostat. The display is illuminated to showcase the status of the appliance and easily alert the user to any errors that have occured. This display can also be connected to the internet using Wi-Fi allowing you to manage and control the stove remotely using the dedicated smartphone App "Totalcontrol 2.0" (Apple Store and Play Store)

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.
