Hi-Flame's R5 engine is probably one of the very best performing all-round value for money Defra Approved 5kW Ecodesign stoves you can buy anywhere. Incorporating the latest clean burning combustion technology the R5 offers you an outstanding A+ rated efficiency of 82.6% with extremely low emissions. CO is a third lower than the required 2022 Ecodesign limit with NOx, OGC and PM being even lower by approximately 50%. Build quality as you'd expect from one of Ireland's biggest stove brands is exceptional with high quality F-Type castings for the door and plinth fascia. The discreet user-friendly single slider provides precise control of the combustion air and the direct external air supply inlet for well-insulated homes is standard.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.
