The e-Series range of electric fires is the award winning range of built in electric fires, powered by the most up to date LED lighting technology. The simplicity of the e-Series means that it can be installed into any setting, traditional or contemporary.
The Evonic e-Series is available in a comprehensive range of sizes including: e500, e600, e700, e800, e1000, e1030, e1500, e1800, as well as, one, two or three sided glass models. The EVOFLAME effect gives the impression of a deep and realistic flame with a hot ash fuel bed allowing this to be the most realistic electric fire range on the market.
The efficient LED flame can allow for up to 50,000 hours of running time. The new EVOFLAME ULTRA HD is available in *selected models [e1800, e1500, e1030, e800] and has all of the same features as the EVOFLAME, but incorporates the most up to date non reflective Schott glass technology.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.

HETAS Installers demonstrate that goods will be safely installed and complient with up to date Building Regulations and Manufacturers Guidelines anf adhering to Warranty Cover and Registration.
On-going Annual Maintenance can also be carried out by your Installer or a local Approved Chimney Sweep;
