Named after the lone 500+ year old Knightwood Oak tree located in the New Forest; the Knightwood electric fire also stands tall with a viewing port nearly 1160mm high and 717mm wide. It is perfect for anyone who wants to make a real statement in any living space.
The Knightwood can be enjoyed with flame effect only giving you the ability to create a lovely ambient feature all year round. When needed, the fire features a unique and discreet 1.5kW heater.
Deluxe real logs enhance the realism of this spectacular electric fire. To give the logs an authentic look and feel each logs is hand scorched and charred. These small added detail helps bring the logs to life giving the whole look the ultimate wood fire characteristics you would expect to see.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.
