The ACR Neo 3FE electric stove has four short cylindrical legs making it ideal for installing into ready-built fireplace openings whilst also looking the part as a free-standing installation. The 3 windows provide a 180-degree view of the warm, comforting LED fuel bed allowing it to be appreciated from more areas of your room.
The Neo 3F 2kW electric stove features a log effect fuel bed and a highly realistic 3d holographic flame projection with 4 different flame settings creating the perfect ambience in any part of the home. The impressive electric burner boasts a warming 2kW of heat and the flame effect can be used independently.
The stove can be controlled from the unit itself or from the 7 day programmable intelligent remote which is supplied as standard. The stove can be programmed to come on automatically at different times of the day and the week,
You can install the ACR Neo 3FE electric log burner into a standard 13amp plug socket and it goes without saying that no chimney is required with this heater.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.

HETAS Installers demonstrate that goods will be safely installed and complient with up to date Building Regulations and Manufacturers Guidelines anf adhering to Warranty Cover and Registration.
