The ACR Neo 1C wood stove is equipped with all the features you would expect from an Ecodesign ready log burner. The glazed front door that is kept clean by a powerful Airwash system and the benefit of a convenient storage cupboard beneath the fuel bed is handy for kindling and logs.
The DEFRA approved NEO1C-ECO is approved for use in smoke controlled areas you can load it with 400mm logs and enjoy a fabulous flame picture. As with all ACR NEO wood-burning stoves the ashpan slides towards you to enable a lid to be applied, you can then carry the ashpan outside with the knowledge the ashes are safely contained and won't blow out.
When installed with the optional rear heat shield, clearances at the back of the stove can be reduced considerably the stove can also be installed onto a 12mm hearth without the need of a constructional hearth.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.
